How does it work?
Once you’ve decided to dive into VSCO Workspace and are ready to set up your account, you’re invited to schedule a 30-minute, one-on-one onboarding session hosted via Zoom at no additional cost.
During this session, we’ll build your VSCO Workspace account together, offering expert advice, practical tips, and best practices to help you succeed.
What is covered during the session?
While we may not be able to cover everything during this session, we will work hands-on with you to build out your account and create key templates. Here is what is covered:
Account basics: guided tour of your dashboard and settings
Branding: upload your logo, graphics, and set brand colors
Email/Calendar integration: sync tools for seamless communication
Contact form: create a custom contact form for your website
Account defaults: set up 3-5 job types, roles, and event types
Templates: Build 3-5 templates for emails, questionnaires, contracts, and quotes/proposals
Online Scheduling: Set up 2 bookable events
Automations: create up to 3 automations
Once the onboarding session is concluded, we will send a follow up email with:
A recording of the session
A summary with key takeaways

Who is eligible for an onboarding session?
Anyone with an active, paid VSCO Workspace subscription is eligible for a one-time, 60-minute onboarding session at no additional cost.
Do I need to prepare anything before my session?
Yes! A few things to make the most out of your time:
Have your brand assets ready (logo, brand colors, etc)
Be ready to share details like job types, roles, and event categories
Know which templates you’d like to start with (emails, questionnaires, contracts, quotes/proposals)
Make sure your calendar/email logins are handy for integrations
Will my data be fully imported during the session?
The onboarding session focuses on setup and training, not full data migration. While we’ll help you build the foundation, we do offer more comprehensive migration services, which you can learn about here.
Is the session recorded?
Yes! You’ll receive a recording of your session, along with a summary of key points and relevant Help Center links for your reference.
What if I can’t attend my scheduled session?
