If you need support moving your data into your VSCO Workspace account, we begin with a discovery call. This session helps us understand the scope of your data, your specific needs, and your goals.

From there, we will help determine which migration plan fits your needs and provide all the details needed to get started.

How much does it cost and what's included?

We offer several migration packages to suit every photographer’s business needs. Every tier includes a post-migration training session to walk you through all the content that was migrated and help you feel at home.

Lite - $99

Perfect for photographers with smaller dataset

  • Address book imported via .CSV

  • Up to 10 templates in total (emails, questionnaires, contracts, quotes/pricing)

  • 5 jobs/projects, including:

    • Client details

    • Timelines

    • Package purchased

    • Invoices

    • Documents (signed contracts & questionnaires) attached as a PDF.

  • Personalized training session after migration.

Standard - $199:

For photographers with more extensive templates and jobs

  • Address book imported via .CSV

  • Up to 20 templates in total (emails, questionnaires, contracts, quotes/pricing)

  • 10 jobs/projects, including:

    • Client details

    • Timelines

    • Package purchased

    • Invoices

    • Documents (signed contracts & questionnaires) attached as a PDF.

  • Personalized training session after migration.

Custom - for complex CRM set ups/multiple brands:

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to prepare anything before my migration?

Yes! We will walk you through everything during the discovery call, but it helps to gather:

  • A clean .CSV of your contacts

  • Templates you would like us to migrate

  • Details of the jobs/projects you’d like to include

How long does it take?

Timelines vary depending on the amount and complexity of your data, but we’ll give you an estimated timeline during the discovery call and keep you updated every step of the way.

What kind of data can you migrate?

We can manually move your existing jobs (projects) into Workspace, including:

  • Who is involved

  • What type of shoot it is

  • Where the shoot takes place and other events on the timeline

  • Invoices information (due dates, amounts, payments made)

  • Signed contracts and submitted questionnaires attached as PDFs

And our migration team can import:

  • Account framework (job types, job roles, event types)

  • Product lists

  • Quote/Proposal templates

  • Branding (contact forms, logos, brand colors)

  • Questionnaire templates

  • Email templates

  • Contract templates

What if I need more jobs or templates than the Standard package allows?
