Adding a New User
You can add another user, if your subscription permits, in Settings › Add/Change Users. Click on the 'New User' button at the top and enter your new users information:
Your user will automatically receive an email invitation so they can join your Workspace account. You can also resend that invitation here in Settings › Add/Change Users with the link here if you need to:
When your new user receives that invitation, they'll click on the link and create a new VSCO account (or login with an existing one) to complete their invitation:
To use VSCO Workspace, each user will need a VSCO account. This is the account they'll use to sign in.
If they already have a VSCO account, simply log in with it on the screen shown above.
If they don't have one yet, they can create a free VSCO account during this step.
Be sure to let them know to use the same email address their Workspace invitation was sent to. If they sign up with a different email, their Workspace user details will automatically update to match it.
Once your new user has completed this step, they'll be logged in to your Workspace account. To log back in any time, they'll go to https://workspace.vsco.co and sign in with those VSCO account credentials.
If a user needs to change their name, email or password - find out more on that here.
User Permissions
When adding a new user, you'll set their Access Level:
Administrator users in your account will have access to all of your data and have the ability to make any changes they'd like.
Billing Setup users have the same permissions as Standard users, but they may also view and manage your Workspace subscription (in Settings › Manage Subscription).
Standard (non-admin) users won't see the entire Reports menu on the left sidebar (or any of those dashboard widgets associated with those financial reports). Standard users will be able to see the individual financial data on each of your jobs, and the pricing set on your products and quotes.
While they can see all of your individual job data, including orders, invoices, contracts, schedules, etc., Standard users will not have access to change your account Settings in the following areas:
Branding
Mail Settings
Calendar Settings
Taxes & Currency
Client Payment Methods
Contact Forms
Gallery Integrations
Manage Subscription
Automations
API Integrations
Early Access Betas
Standard users will only have access to the settings in blue below:
Standard users also will not be able to see the Scheduling sidebar so won't have access to setting up Bookable Events, Mini Sessions, Availability or Booking Sites.
Deleting a User
If you want to delete a user from your Workspace account, head to Settings › Add/Change Users, click 'edit' next to that user account and use the 'Delete' button at the top here:
You will need to be an Admin user in order to be able to delete another user account.
NOTE: When you delete a user from your VSCO Workspace, they will no longer be able to log in to your Workspace account. However, this does not delete their personal VSCO account. They’ll still be able to log in to VSCO, but that VSCO account will no longer have access to your Workspace account.
